Pilates

I keep my workouts fun and challenging by introducing new variations on classical Pilates movements and infusing contemporary, athletic exercises. I work with clients of all backgrounds, whether you’ve never been on a reformer, are rehabbing an injury, or in need of tailored pre/post natal sessions. I will do anything for a laugh during a session, but my main aim is to help you truly strengthen your body!

Live Online Workouts

I’m available to teach Zoom group or private mat Pilates sessions from my glamorous home studio/living room floor. All you need is a mat, some space to move, and no fear of a little sweat!
