Rachel is a Registered Dietitian, Pilates Trainer, and Recipe Developer.

She’s also trained in graphic design and is part of a competitive karaoke league. She’s got a lot of interests.

My Background

After suffering from years of chronic shoulder pain, I started taking Pilates and got so hooked on how great I felt that I became a certified instructor. Working in fitness, I realized how many of my clients were getting mixed signals on how to move and what to eat, so I an RD to help others work through wellness information overload.
